All digital assets purchased from Yumebo are protected by copyright and are provided under the terms of this License & Usage Policy. By purchasing and downloading any Yumebo product, you agree to the terms set out below.

✧ 1. Grant of License ✧

Upon purchase, Yumebo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the purchased assets for both personal and commercial streaming activities, subject to the restrictions outlined in this Policy.

✧ 2. Permitted Uses ✧

The following uses are expressly permitted under this license:

• Use in monetized live streams on platforms including Twitch, YouTube, and equivalent services
• Use in recorded video content, including edited videos and short-form content (e.g., TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Use in marketing and promotional materials for your personal brand or VTuber identity
• Minor personal modifications such as resizing, recoloring, or cropping to better suit your needs

✧ 3. Prohibited Uses ✧

The following uses are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of this license:

• Reselling the original or modified assets, whether individually or as part of a bundle
• Sharing, distributing, or otherwise transferring the asset files to any third party
• Claiming authorship or original creation of any purchased asset
• Granting sublicenses or rights of any kind to third parties
• Using assets in a manner that implies endorsement by Yumebo without prior written consent

✧ 4. Single-User License ✧

All licenses are issued on a per-user basis. The license is granted solely to the individual purchaser and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared. If multiple members of a group, organization, or team require access to the assets, separate licenses must be obtained for each user.

✧ 5. Intellectual Property ✧

All assets remain the intellectual property of Yumebo. This license does not constitute a sale or transfer of any intellectual property rights. Yumebo retains full ownership of all designs, artwork, and associated files.

✧ 6. Termination ✧

This license is effective upon purchase and remains in force unless terminated. Yumebo reserves the right to terminate this license immediately and without notice if you breach any of the terms set out in this Policy. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the relevant assets and delete all copies in your possession.
