At Yumebo, we take pride in the quality of our digital products and stand behind every item we sell. Due to the nature of digital downloads — which cannot be returned once accessed — our refund policy is limited to specific qualifying circumstances as outlined below.

1. General Policy

All sales of digital products are considered final upon download. Because digital files cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we are unable to offer refunds based on personal preference or change of mind. We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions, preview images, and file format information thoroughly before completing a purchase.

2. Qualifying Circumstances for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The delivered file is corrupted, damaged, or cannot be opened
  • The product materially differs from its description or preview on the listing
  • An accidental duplicate purchase of the same item was made from the same account
  • A technical error on our end resulted in multiple charges for a single order

3. Non-Qualifying Circumstances

Refund requests will generally not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after downloading the product
  • Accidental purchase of the wrong item due to customer error
  • Compatibility issues with software or systems, where supported formats were clearly listed in the product description
  • Dissatisfaction arising from expectations not stated or implied in the product listing
  • Failure to read the product description prior to purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us first — Reach out via Discord (preferred for fastest response) or through Etsy direct messaging before submitting any claims or disputes.
  2. Describe your issue — Provide a clear explanation of the problem. Include screenshots, error messages, or any relevant details that support your request.
  3. Include your order information — Provide your Etsy order number and the email address associated with your purchase.
  4. Allow time for review — We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 24 to 48 hours. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly and fairly.

5. Resolution

Where a refund request is approved, we will process the refund through the original payment method via Etsy. In some cases, we may offer a replacement file or alternative resolution in lieu of a monetary refund, at our discretion.
