Yumebo offers digital products including, but not limited to, VTuber stream overlays, animated alerts, scene backgrounds, music and background audio, and other streaming assets. All products are delivered as digital downloads fulfilled through our Etsy shop.

Product descriptions, preview images, and listed specifications are provided to assist you in making informed purchasing decisions. We make every effort to ensure that all listings are accurate and up to date.

2. License and Usage Rights

Upon completing a purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased assets in accordance with our License & Usage Policy. In summary, permitted uses include:

• Use in personal and commercial live streams on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and similar services
• Use in recorded video content, social media posts, and related online presence
• Minor modifications for personal customization (e.g., resizing, recoloring)

The following are strictly prohibited under this license:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the original or modified files to any third party
• Sharing files with other individuals or entities beyond the licensed user
• Claiming authorship or ownership of the original designs

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed through Etsy. By completing a transaction, you agree to Etsy's Terms of Service and applicable platform policies. Prices are listed in USD; actual charges may vary based on currency conversion applied by Etsy or your payment provider. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment information at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final upon download. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be accepted for verified technical issues. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and the request process.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, animations, and other materials available on this website and within our products are the exclusive intellectual property of Yumebo or are used under proper authorization.
